Depends: sometimes a miscarriage is due to a structural problem (no support to hold the baby in.... Late miscarriage for example) that leads to more miscarriages. Early first trimester are the most common and don't have a lot of predictive value easier/harder (except they pretty well rule out the 15% of couples that have fertility problems!)
