Usually by mid-20's: As you proceed through the next few years, you are likely to have less acne. You can get only some benefit from benzoyl peroxide. If acne is an issue, see a dermatologist for prescriptions. Acne is not your fault. It is not a matter of stress, hygiene, or diet. Some men have significant acne well into adult years, but most have little acne after early to mid-20's.
