Expected: Irregular bleeding after ECP is very common and expected result. Get a pregnancy test to eliminate failure of ECP. Get on birth control, the pill may really help the bleeding and also provide birth control to minimize your risk and worries in the future. If bleeding is so heavy that you are soaking pads every 20 minutes for 2 or more pads, see a doctor right away.
