I have three huge red bumps on the back of my thighs. they are very painful and are hot to touch. what would they be? are they just bug bites?

See MD: Tough to tell without seeing them. Insect bite reactions can be large and warm to the touch, but so can a skin infection. I'd a a physician look at the rash.

Inflammed bumps: Could be bites but must consider inflamed cysts or abscesses , particularly if they are more tender and painful (and no necessarily itchy). if they are abscessed cysts they may form pustules and drain on their own. Warm compresses may help but you may need to have a professional evaluate you.
