Help may help: Don't be discouraged but do think about finding expert help - a therapist can be something like a coach for guiding your efforts in the most efficient and effective way. So, since OCD is one of the most challenging things to treat, don't feel bad that you need help. Don't let pulse rate trick you into feeling bad. Staying 105 over time would be a problem, but a jump is just that. Find OCD help!
