Depends: If you have 28 pill packs the last row does not contain medication so you don't need to repeat the dose. If you have 21 pill packs repeat the dose and complete the remainder of the pills. In this case you may start your cycle 1 or 2 days sooner. Hopefully you will not continue to throw up.

Wait: If your pack has 4 weeks of pills, not to worry. You are on your "sugar pill" week and not taking it won't matter. If your pack has 3 weeks of pills, wait until tomorrow and take your regular dose. To miss one pill should not affect the effectiveness of your birth control. But, missing 2 or more can. Hope this helps. Also be sure to use condoms to help prevent pregnancy and STD. Hope this help
