Dr. James Lin answered

Postvoid dribbling: What you described is called postvoid dribbling, which occurs as men age but widely varies in degree and onset. While no cure for it, milking your urethra by wiping it from the area behind the sac toward the end of urethra for 2-4 times until dry before zipping in. This is usually caused by weakened the muscle around the urethra by aging. But it may happen to the younger with urethral stricture.
