BA_BOOOOOM!!!!: Two options: 1)let it dry out completely , then cover it loosely with a band-aid and keep it dry as much as possible;2)wash it, put some antibacterial ointment on it and cover it and repeat daily or after bath. Oh, there's a THIRD option! Don't keep it clean, let it get dirty, ignore it until it gets infected, then blisters, festers, enlarges, travels up your arm and the whole thing then EXPLODES!
