Occasionally: Chiropractic is a form of massage; it is not medicine. Chiros use an outmoded theory of disease causation and then administer a deep massage which can help the feeling and pain but they offer no proper dfiagnosis or cure. It is best to see your general doctor or an orthopedic specialist first to rule out serious issues.

Research Says Yes: Research has shown chiropractic to work better than physical therapy and medications for low back pain. It has been shown to be good for chronic pain as well.
