Is cod liver oil safe?

Should be: My only concern would be heavy metals or PCBs concentrated in the oil. But that's true of all the ocean fish that we eat. See if they test for those toxins. I would just stick with your fish oil capsules. And my my only other concern would be that it tastes like ... Cod liver oil! ;-)
