Yes: During contact there is enough sperm released to cause pregnancy. To avoid unwanted pregnancy you must be proactive about your birth control method. Condoms and spermacide inserts.... or a more reliable hormonal method could help too. Please see your gyn doctor or go to Planned Parenthood office near you. They are high quality providers and can help you with birth control.
