Prolactinoma?: There are lots of potential causes, including pregnancy, but you stated that you are still a virgin. I wonder about a prolactinoma. This condition is rare, but it can cause missed periods and nipple growth and itch. It can be checked by doing a blood test and having your doctors check for a hormone called prolactin. You should also do the other hormone tests to look for other reasons.
