It's possible: It is a very low probability, but it is possible. Pre-ejaculation fluid that lubricates the urethra of the male penis also has a small amount of semen in it. Know that semen can sustain itself for up to 24-48 hours in some conditions as well. So in the end, don't be 100% confident that it can not occur, but exercise caution in all sexual activities and continue to be safe by the use of condoms.

Sperm need speed...: You are very likely not pregnant. Even if your partner got pre-ejaculate or actual semen onto his hand, he would have had to immediately enter you and his fluid would have had to leave his hand to travel all the way through your reproductive tract without the head start normally provided by ejaculation. And that's assuming the sperm was even viable once it was on his hand. You can rest easy here.

Very unlikely: If that is the only type of contact that occurred. If you had actual unprotected intercourse also, pregnancy could be possible. If you miss your period, take a pregnancy test. Hope this helps!
