Would not eat it: Not a recommended fish, along with sword fish, oysters and shark! Google mercury containing fishes and avoid those during all of pregnancy! AND THE GOOD QUALITY FISH MUST BE COOKED NEVER RAW,! Eat no more than 12 oz per week though.
