Sores: Are any of the lesions filled with pus. I would thing staph or MRSA infection. If the sores are more acute more likely bug bites or something like that. Unlikely a dermatitis. Get checked if bothering you so.

See dermatologist: These lesions may or may not be related but when a lesion fails to heal on the scalp, one needs to rule out a skin cancer as well.
