Don't waste your tim: Don't waste your time and money. Only charlatans offer to do these absurd tests! There is no such thing as normal biota. There are at least 900 named bacteria living on the skin, mouth, and G.I. tract etc. etc. . 90% of everyones stool is made up of bacteria by dry weight. You could not live without them. Your healthy immune system keeps these organisms in their place and in relatively small numbe

Not yet: Your microbiome is huge and scientists have not yet determined what is normal or abnormal. Scientists use culture swabs from all over the body, body fluid cultures, stool cultures, and DNA amplification tests to try and determine what a normal microbiome is.
