I have dark circles under eyes what can i do???

From congestion?: Make sure your nose is not congested. If it is, you need to try a steroid +/- a nasal antihistamine to see if it would work. If still having problem , see an allergist. Dark circles may also be a familial trait or from lack of sleep.
