It depends: It depends on what you mean. If you are asking the best time to acheive pregnancy, then if you have a 28 day cycle, you should ovulate on cycle day 14, which would be 8/18. You are fertile a few days before and a couple of days after then, so cycle days 10-16 are the best time to try.
