Ragweed: Avoidance if possible. Traditional (sedating) or non-sedating antihistamines. Nasal steroid spray. Nasalcrom nasal spray. Desensitization therapy (allergy shots). Try otc meds first; if insufficient relief, see fp/allergist for rx or desensitization.
