Standard screening and dating pregnancy ultrasound showed nothing. do i need 20 week one?

Depends: Upon how much info you are happy with.The 20 week scan is a complete anatomy scan and will give you more info than the 13+week scan.

Recommended: Most obs perform a high-resolution us between 18-20 weeks to rule out anomalies. It's a good time to screen the fetus, document placental location, and even check gender. We no longer "wait & see" when it comes to labor since there's an advantage to having the right equipment & personnel at delivery if an abnormality is present.
