Very unlikely but...: 5% of women who use the pill as their only form of birth control get pregnant yearly. The best practice is to make sure that you take the pill exactly as prescribed (same time every day). If you also used a condom ("protected sex" mentioned above), then the odds of pregnancy are even more reduced.
