A member asked:

I have lump in tail of epidymis for about ab 2 years. not painful, seems same size. its been a few years, how does this effect fertilty?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unknown: a lump not growing is not likely a tumor, though should be watched. Could be scar tissue. Fertility can only be evaluated by a sperm count and if normal with the same lump would not be likely to change over time if the lump does not grow. Never assume low fertility
