Some ideas: 1/3 of the time infertility is due to woman, 1/3 of the time it's due to man, and 1/3 of the time it's unexplained. Thus if you want to be pregnant, it may be under your control, but also may not be. You can see an ob/gyn or REI specialist to determine why not getting pregnant. If you're ovulating every month (regular periods) that's always good. See a doctor with your partner for check up
