Be careful: Avoid popping the blister and just use a bandaid or gauze and tap. If it does rupture, avoid removing the skin of the blister, as it serves as the body's natural bandaid. You can put some over the counter antibiotic ointment around the site too, particularly if the blister ruptures. Keep the area moist to avoid scarring.
