Seek help, survivor: Please do go to the police and the ER or a doctor you know who can do a rape kit and screen you for sexually transmitted disease and prescribe medication. If you've showered, which I assume you have after 4 days, then bring your unwashed clothes you wore during the rape, if they haven't been washed. There may be physical evidence on your clothes. It is scary. I'm so very sorry it happened. Bless u
