Not bad, but…: People with many moles are more likely to have a syndrome associated with an increased risk of certain cancers, including skin cancer. It depends on how big the moles are and what they look like. You should see a dermatologist and ask about mole mapping. This is when a dermatologist sees you regularly and keeps track of moles over time to remove any that might be changing. Know your moles!
