Bumps: It's very difficult to say without seeing them but some possibilities are sebaceous glands/cysts or condoloma/warts. Seek medical attention to determine what is the cause of this.

Bumps: Hard to tell with just a description. My suggestion would be to have your MD look at it at your next visit should it persist.
