Physical Exam: All Complete physical exams, which are usually the type of exams you get annually as a child, should be done with no clothes and a gown. The parent(s) can be present, but it is also recommended to have another Health care staff member of the same sex present as well. Any examination to be done is professional in nature. A discussion about sex and menstruation in a female may be done at 13yo.
