Recheck: Certainly get a recheck. Not all vaginal itching is form a yeast infection. Do not self medicate- call your prescribing physician for an evaluation or alternative medication.

Exam needed: Possibilities include more time needed for medication to work, recurrence of yeast, and an irritation or infection unrelated to yeast. A visit with your doctor and examination will help sort this out.
