Nonetheless, many men who have a low sperm count are still able to father a child. Hormone replacement or medications may be prescribed to change hormone levels. It can take between three and six months before you'll notice any effects on sperm count

IVF/ICSI: Don't know what the sperm count was but there are many therapies to help IUI or intrauterine insemination can help with moderate abnormalities while more severe ones will benefit from injecting the sperm into the egg in the lab (IVF/ICSI)
