UNCLEAR: You may have problems with the eye that no one is aware of at this time. You need to review this with your doctor. If you are a body builder and lift heavy weight or strain at stool this could cause the problem. Do you take a lot of aspirin.? Note if you are having blurry vision you need to see the doctor as soon as possible. This sounds like subconjunctival hemorrhage. See the doc

Evaluation: Hi, I believe you might have subconjunctival hemorrhage which is not life threatening and it could happen 2/2 lifting heavy things, trauma, vomiting, coughing, sneezing, straining. but because you have it very often you need to see an Ophtolmologist (an eye doctor). Be safe.
