Avoid irritants: Hi, the best way is to get rid of what has caused the reaction, I'm not sure what has caused your reaction but try to avoid that "thing". if the redness and pain are bad please see a doctor for treatment. Cold compress or shower is effective, also mixing Colloidal oatmeal with water and applying it to ur face is not a bad idea either,

See your doctor: Unfortunately, this is going to be nearly impossible to answer without knowing what kind of skin reaction you are having. If it's bumps, itching, or redness, or other discoloration, or scaling, burning, pain, dryness/flaking, swelling, or having any kind of discharge or warmth- any of these things could fall into a ton of different diagnoses that can only be determined with an exam by a doctor.
