Probably not: Tetanus is a common vaccination given during childhood and as "boosters" every 10 years. It protects against Clostridium tetani injection, which can cause nerve damage. The vaccine is given more ferquently if someone suffers from a large wound. Marijuana use should have no significant effect on the efficacy of the injection.
