Missed cycle: With your tubal ligation history it would be very unlikely for a pregnancy as proven by the 3 negative tests. An anovulatory cycle (where you just do not release an egg for that month), is a common cause as well. Wait for the next month to come, and your period may return at the next scheduled time. If it continues to be absent, then get GYN eval for other causes of secondary amenorrhea.

Not pregnant: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections and hormonal changes can cause spotting. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit. Your tubes are tied and your test is negative. You are not pregnant
