May not be infection: Most sinus drainage is not bacterial and will not improve with antibiotics. Most sinus drainage is from cold viruses or allergy. You can clean out your sinuses with a few days of generic Afrin nasal spray, a couple weeks using a saline sinus wash kit, and a month or so of triamcinonlone nasal steroid spray. All of it is available without a prescription. See Dr if you have high fever or severe pain

You did not finish ?: I am guessing you did not finish the medication now if you are feeling good no more drainage great if you still having drainage then make sure you take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 50mg at bed time use OTC saline nasal spray and eat local honey hope that is helpful thank you for using health tap good luck
