Menstrual cramping: may be related to hormonal fluctuations. I advise the use of strong OTC antiinflammatory medications like Aleve (naproxen) or Advil if you are not allergic, hoever, with severe pain, unrelieved with mediciation, I advise a gyn pelvic exam and testing.
