Pregnancy test?: If you are 10 days late, a pregnancy test would be expected to be fairly reliable and give you the answer you are searching for. Either way, positive or negative result, I would recommend that you make an appointment with your OB/GYN. If you are trying to conceive, it would be wise to ensure that all is well and to learn about healthy pregnancies before conception.
