Drink lots of water: All bloating are treated the same. Take your BCP at night. Eat an early dinner and take a walk prior to going to bed. Drink lots of water. Eat small portions and frequent meals. Eat foods that have less yeast in it including bread. Eat less dairy. Every one will find their own good diet that prevents bloating. Some Yoga exercises are good to decrease bloating.
