Normal: These are called "flying corpuscles" and are actually white cells in tiny blood vessels near the center of vision. If you look closely, you can trace one of them as it appears, squiggles a little through the vessel and then disappears at the edge as it passes into larger vessels. It is a sign of excellent vision and not a problem.
