Breast feeding: If your are currently breast feeding, this lump could represent an unemptied gland from a clogged milk duct. Apply warm compresses to help dilating the milk duct and gently massage your breast towards the nipple. If that does not help have a gynecologist examine the lump.

PROBABLY DOES: Many changes occur in a woman's breast with breast feeding. If there is some tenderness it could be a clogged milk duct depending on location. Careful observation is probably the best policy and warm compresses and massaging is another option If there is sudden increase in swelling, tenderness, or fever it could indicate a breast infection and you should contact your OB-GYN immediately
