Depends: If no other symptoms (vaginal irritation, foul smell to discharged, pain with urination or sex) then would not be concerned. Early in pregnancy there is an increase in progesterone that causes the cervical and vaginal mucous to be a bit yellow/creamy and can be quite a bit more than normal. Panty liners can help.
