Anxiety: People who have anxiety often have a feeling of depersonalization, or feeling like they are watching themselves from the outside. Also, you may experience lack of feeling or a sense of numbness. The lump in your throat often goes with being anxious. There are therapies and medications that will help your condition. See a doctor and tell them how you are feeling. Good luck!
