Stye?: If this little eyelid bump is on the margin or slightly inside, it may be a blocked oil gland (stye). These are generally sore to touch and may drain, which if into the eye, may cause redness, mattering & blurry vision. Some result in significant eyelid swelling. Apply warm compresses 2-4 times /day followed by gently massaging the area. Most resolve in 7-10 days. If not or worse, See an Eye MD.

Eyelid Cyst: Eyelid cysts are called Chalazon. They are caused by blockage of eyelid glands. They usually resolve on their own especially if they are small.
