Very unlikely: Polymyalgia rheumatica is a diseaae that affects people over 50+. IT is rare in young adults. I can't find an exact number. Your ethnicity plays a role too. It is more common in people of Scandinavian/European descent, and least common in Asians Something else is more likely to be causing your symptoms and you should see your doc about it. Impossible: This would be essentially possible given your age. You would be one of the first in history to have this occur so young.
