If you are healthy, exercise, don't do drugs or smoke and have a family history devoid of heart problems, then it's probably something minor, unless you fall out during activity. Otherwise, if the problem persists or gets worse over the next 1-2 weeks or you've had it that long-see your doctor for a full exam!
