See answer: The best treatment will depend on the diagnosis of your heel pain. If you have a heel spur for example, then NSAIDS, rest, trying to use a soft insert, with an area that is cut out where the spur is, can keep the pressure off and help as well, etc. If is caused by plantar fasciitis, then another treatment option may be available etc. Get the foot assessed by a foot dr. and the best Tx will come.
