Bulimia: Bulimia is a serious medical condition and can affect your body in multiple ways. One of hte most common ways one can be affected is electrolyte and acid-base disturbances which can be serious. Please seek the consultation of a licensed counselor and a psychiatrist or PCP to see if medication along with the counseling would help you to overcome this problem. I wish you the best of luck!
