Yes: Only way to know for sure is to check a pregnancy test and get a follow up with your OB provider to confirm. Your temp. is likely not related to pregnancy and mild fever isn't harmful to a developing fetus, though certain infections can be.

Late period: If your cycles are usually regular and you are now 6 days late and having unprotected sex you may be pregnant. Check a pregnancy test.
