Possible: It is reported that the two medications when taken together can lead to decreased levels of ciprofloxacin(the antibiotic) - the degree of this effect is small. But if you want to optimize cipro levels consider avoiding taking the two directly together. Best of luck.

Yes: There is no significant interaction between Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and Prilosec. Make sure you complete your entire antibiotic course
