Let them know: First of all let the person who did the tap know. You might need to go back for a "blood patch". Make sure all the conditions that cause pseudotumor have been addressed. (Low Iron, Vit A problem, thyroid issues, etc ) . Why are you not on a medication for this condition? (carbonic anhydrase inhibitor like Zonegran or Diamox.) I understand the concerns about Topamax (topiramate) (pregnancy category D)
